About the Role

Perido is currently looking for a driven and structured administrator for a consultancy assignment with our client. You will work full-time during the summer and then continue part-time into the autumn, making it perfect to combine with your studies. The position is located in Stockholm, with on-site work at the office.

Your Responsibilities

In the role of administrator, you will become an important part of the team, relieving the workload with standard and simpler administrative tasks within AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer). Your main tasks include:

• Administrative support and document management
• Register, update, and structure customer data in internal systems
• Ensure that all conducted checks and decisions are documented correctly
• Simpler transaction control
• Handle incoming AML cases in the team's shared inbox

Your Profile

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Currently studying economics, criminology, or a comparable field
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• Fluent communication in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Scope and Start Date

Consultancy assignment full-time during the summer and part-time until the turn of the year, with the possibility of extension. Immediate start.
