Your role includes maintaining and developing cooperation with other units and actors, both internally and externally. Your other duties include documenting interventions and creating and working according to the individual's implementation plan.

You who apply have a high school education with a focus on psychiatry or disability, or other education that the employer deems equivalent.

You have personal suitability for the work and experience of leadership work as described above, as well as experience working with people with intellectual disabilities, psychiatric or neuropsychiatric disabilities within day activity centers.

You work from a low-affective approach and have knowledge of clear pedagogy and MI (Motivational Interviewing). You are sensitive, have good pedagogical skills, and a good ability to see participants' needs, strengths, and abilities. You adapt your attitude, information, and activities to the needs of the participants. You are secure and stable, independent, have personal maturity, and collaborate easily.

You must further have good ability to communicate both orally and in writing in Swedish. We require that you have good knowledge and practical experience in creating implementation plans, working according to IBIC, and documenting in social journals. You must have good computer skills and be quick to learn new programs, which is required to perform the work. Multilingualism is seen as an advantage.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

As part of the recruitment process, references from previous employers will be obtained for current candidates.

We will also request extracts from the criminal record register.

The position is a permanent full-time employment.

The working hours are during the day. A probationary period may apply.
