Kompis Assistans is now looking for a reliable, analytical, and operationally close Financial Manager / Controller who wants to combine qualified financial work with the development of working methods, decision support, and long-term steering.

About Us

Kompis Assistans is an economic association that has provided personal assistance since 1995, where people's self-determination, participation, and security are at the center.

We are in an important development phase where we are strengthening structure, follow-up, and long-term sustainability in our operations. Therefore, we are looking for a key person who can contribute with both stability in financial work and drive in the development of processes, routines, and decision support.

About the Role

This is a broad and important role with significant responsibility, close collaboration with management, and good opportunities to influence.

You will work closely with the CEO and the management group, taking a central role in developing financial control, follow-up, and structure within the organization. The role combines strategic and operational work and suits you if you thrive taking responsibility, creating order, turning analysis into decisions, and building effective working methods in a complex operation.

You will join an organization with established processes and structures, where we simultaneously see room for further development and improvement together. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is confident in prioritizing, driving issues forward, and gradually developing routines, working methods, and follow-up in collaboration with the operations.

Examples of Responsibilities

  • Responsible for budget, forecasts, financial follow-up, and analysis
  • Prepare reports and decision support materials for the CEO, management group, and board
  • Work operationally close with financial management, analysis, and prioritization
  • Support managers in financial matters and contribute to increased understanding of financial connections
  • Develop routines, processes, reporting structure, and financial working methods
  • Coordinate and follow up on external partners within finance and payroll
  • Contribute to improvement, change, and development work in the operations

We are looking for you who

  • Have several years of experience in qualified financial work
  • Are confident in budgeting, forecasting, follow-up, and financial analysis
  • Have a good understanding of operational management and can translate figures into relevant conclusions
  • Are structured, self-initiative, and analytical
  • Find it easy to collaborate, build trust, and communicate clearly
  • Can explain finance in a pedagogical and operationally relevant way
  • Thrive in a role where you work both operationally and contribute strategically
  • Are motivated by creating order, developing working methods, and driving improvements

Experience from personal assistance or other labor-intensive operations is meritorious.
