We are now looking for a temporary administrator for Southern Home Care in Malung-Sälen Municipality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an administrator within Southern Home Care, you have a central and important role in the daily administrative work. You work closely with the unit manager and other employees, contributing to the operations functioning in a structured and efficient manner.

The work is varied and involves handling multiple tasks in parallel, prioritizing, and taking initiative. You will also provide support in various administrative processes.

The role includes, among other things:

• Scheduling in TimeCare
• Administrative tasks in the personnel system Visma
• Tasks in the invoicing system Proceedo
• Administrative tasks in the operational system Treserva
• Handling of vehicles, such as time bookings and damage reports
• Other administrative tasks supporting the unit manager
• Being available and representing the operations in the manager's absence when needed

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have good computer skills and an interest in systems and administration. You are good at creating structure, keeping order, and working carefully even when the pace is high at times.

To thrive in the role, you need to be self-reliant, responsible, and able to take initiative. At the same time, it is important that you have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in a team. You also need to be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize wisely.

You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Multilingualism is an advantage.

As a person, you are service-oriented, relationship-building, and confident in your interactions with others. You have a solution-focused approach to work and contribute to good collaboration within the operations.
