We are looking for someone who likes to make things happen and enjoys developing both working methods and people.

As an HR Strategist here, you combine operational support for managers with development work. You work closely with the operations, develop the recruitment process together with the Staffing Center, and contribute to digitalizing and simplifying HR work.

The role suits you if you want to grow, take responsibility, and contribute new perspectives. You don't need to know everything from the start – the most important thing is that you are curious, want to develop, and enjoy taking responsibility. Here, you will receive support from experienced colleagues while having the opportunity to grow in the role.

You will become part of the HR department, which consists of the Staffing Center, Payroll, and HR Center. Your closest colleagues are three experienced HR strategists, the HR Manager, and the Staffing Coordinator – a team that is happy to share their experiences and support each other in daily life.

Together, we work to create the HR support of the future in Gagnef Municipality.

Responsibilities

As an HR Strategist, you work closely with managers within the Social Services Administration and provide support in matters concerning labor law, working environment, rehabilitation, recruitment, staffing, and competence supply.

In the role, you will among other things:

  • Be responsible for and develop the recruitment process together with the Staffing Center.
  • Work with competence supply, staffing planning, and issues related to the Employment Protection Act (LAS).
  • Develop and manage HR information on the intranet, including the manager and employee handbook.
  • Drive improvement and digitalization initiatives within the HR area.
  • Contribute to making HR processes simpler and more user-friendly for managers and employees.
  • Participate in the HR department's joint development work.

You are expected to contribute new perspectives, see the big picture, and actively drive improvements in recruitment, staffing planning, and digital working methods. We appreciate people who dare to ask questions, challenge existing solutions, and turn ideas into practical change.

Qualifications

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and your willingness to develop.
