Do you want to help build a business from the ground up while working in a client-facing role with significant autonomy? Lernia Staffing & Recruitment is now looking for a driven Consultant Manager in Borlänge who is passionate about sales, relationships, and leadership.

About the Role

As a Consultant Manager at Lernia, you play a central role in establishing and developing our business in the region. You work closely with the regional sales organization and are responsible for strengthening and expanding both the customer and consultant base. The role involves a strong focus on new business development, where you actively contact companies, identify needs, and create long-term collaborations, primarily within the blue-collar segment. You drive the entire process from initial contact to placement and follow-up, while also having personnel responsibility for your consultants. The work is independent and offers great freedom to plan your daily routine and drive the business forward.

About You

We are looking for someone motivated by creating business and building relationships. You thrive in a role where you take ownership and where results are directly linked to your own efforts. You are self-starting, proactive, and have a strong work ethic. Furthermore, you are structured, have good prioritization skills, and are flexible and communicative. You have a natural ability to build trust and long-term relationships with both customers and consultants.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B or corporate sales
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good computer literacy and digital maturity
• Ability to travel within the region

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from the staffing or recruitment industry
• Experience from the industrial sector or related industries
• Experience in recruitment and/or personnel management
• Established network and customer contacts in the region
• Post-secondary education in fields such as HR, economics, or similar
