Your Role

At Flight Operations & Operational Training, we train our customers on all our flying platforms. To meet the future, it is not enough to simply recruit more people; we need to work smarter. With new technology, new ways of working, and the courage to challenge the status quo.

In the Business Support section, we already work with digitalization and AI today. Now we want to take the next step and need you who can see opportunities and turn them into reality.

In the role, you will have significant responsibility to:

• identify needs in operations
• translate them into concrete digital and AI-based solutions
• drive initiatives all the way from idea to implemented working method

You work closely with instructors, managers, and other key personnel and act as the link between operations, technology, and change management.

You will, among other things, work on:

• Drive and lead initiatives in AI and digitalization related to the training operations
• Identify where technology can create real value, not just efficiency, but also quality and scale
• Develop new working methods for training, such as digital content and blended learning
• Test, improve, and anchor solutions together with users
• Create understanding, engagement, and acceptance for new ways of working

Your Profile

We believe you combine technical interest with a strong commitment to people and change.

You:

• Are curious about AI and digitalization and want to use it in practice
• Have an interest in education, learning, and pedagogy (experience or education in instructional/eLearning design is meritorious)
• Are confident in driving change even when the path forward is not clear
• Can communicate complex ideas in a simple and trustworthy manner
• Are open-minded, unpretentious, and brave enough to challenge when necessary
• Thrives in the borderland between operations, technology, and development
• You do not need to know everything from the start, but you need the willingness to take responsibility and make a real difference.
