We are now looking for a Trainer and Training Coordinator who wants to take a holistic approach to our training operations and ensure that our employees have the right competence to work within our maintenance licenses.

Your Role

In the role of Trainer and Training Coordinator, you have overall responsibility for developing, planning, and conducting training within the business. You ensure that the right training initiatives are in place and that they are carried out in a structured and high-quality manner.

The work is a combination of development and execution, where you both create training programs and conduct training for employees yourself. You move between our operations in Arboga and Malmslätt and meet participants in both small and large groups.

Your main areas of responsibility include:

• Planning, coordinating, and conducting induction and competence-enhancing training
• Developing, maintaining, and structuring the business's training programs
• Creating and maintaining an up-to-date course catalog for the department
• Collaborating with managers and various licensing roles regarding training needs and priorities
• Monitoring, collecting, and analyzing the need for training and competence development

The role also means that you are an important contact person for training issues, both internally and externally. You keep up to date with relevant training and ensure that the content is adapted to the business's requirements, with a focus on working methods, processes, methods, and the importance of correct documentation.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have a strong interest in learning and communication, and who thrive in a role where you get to take responsibility, drive development, and work close to the operations. You have the ability to pedagogically convey knowledge and create engagement among different target groups.

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

• Have a good understanding of business processes and working methods, preferably in a technical or maintenance-related environment
• Have experience in conducting training, workshops, or similar activities
• Are communicative and confident in speaking in front of groups
• Have a structured working method and the ability to plan and drive work independently
• Find it easy to collaborate and build relationships within different parts of the organization

It is meritorious if you:

• Have experience from technical operations, workshops, or aircraft maintenance
• Have pedagogical education or experience in creating training materials
• Have previously worked in a coordinating or coordinating role
