We at AssistansExperten are now looking for a secure and experienced personal assistant who wants to work for our 16-year-old customer.

The customer is a happy and social 16-year-old girl. She is full of fun and laughter and is now looking for a new engaged and secure personal assistant to join her team, who can help her live an active and as independent a life as possible. She has cerebral palsy (CP), epilepsy, and an intellectual disability, and needs help with most things in her daily life. You will be present with her at all times so that she can have a well-functioning life and feel good, which is why it is important that you get along well together.

The customer needs help with everything in daily life, for example during meals, exercise, personal hygiene, and during her leisure interests. In her free time, she enjoys going for walks, swinging, running with her Race Runner, building with Lego, listening to music, singing, riding, bowling, and going swimming.

The girl lives in a villa in Västerås with her family, so your workplace will primarily be at her home, but you will also go out on various adventures together. Therefore, the assistance takes place wherever she is. The customer has a decision regarding double staffing for certain parts of the day, which means you will often work together with a colleague.

The customer does not have her own spoken language but communicates with her surroundings in many different ways, including through body language, sign support, and pictures. As an assistant, you need to be curious and have a desire to learn her way of communicating so that you can understand each other in the best possible way.

You will stick together through thick and thin, and we will develop a close relationship with each other. Therefore, it is important that the personal chemistry is right and that you enjoy each other's company. The customer enjoys playing and having fun most with girls, so we would prefer that you are a girl.

For this position, you must:

Employment type: Hourly substitute with a chance for schedule coverage in the summer on a part-time basis

Working hours: Day, evening, weekend. It may also be relevant with wakeful night shifts eventually.

Salary: Fixed hourly rate according to agreement. Other compensations according to collective agreement.

Start date: Immediately
