Do you want to help build the workforce for one of Europe's most exciting industrial projects? Stegra is building the world's first large-scale, integrated facility for the production of green hydrogen, green iron, and green steel in Boden. To succeed, we need to attract, recruit, and onboard talent from Sweden and around the world. We are now looking for one to two Talent Acquisition Advisors who want to be part of this journey. This role is suitable for both those at the beginning of their career who wish to develop within Talent Acquisition, and those with existing experience in recruitment, consulting, or other roles where relationships, communication, and results are key.About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will work closely with the operations and be responsible for recruiting unionized staff for Stegra's growing organization in Boden. You will drive the entire recruitment process – from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and employment.

You will recruit for roles within production, operations, and maintenance, collaborating closely with hiring managers to find the best candidates. The role involves both operational recruitment work and strategic thinking regarding how we attract talent from different markets, how we build a more gender-balanced workforce, and how we create long-term sustainable recruitment solutions.

Since Stegra is an international organization, you will work with candidates from all over the world. For many candidates, the recruitment process involves not just a new job but also a move to northern Sweden. You will therefore collaborate with internal and external partners in relocation and immigration to help candidates through their onboarding journey.

Your responsibilities
  • Own the entire recruitment process from need identification to employment.
  • Recruit operators, production technicians, maintenance staff, and other operational roles.
  • Actively work with sourcing and search on Swedish and international candidate markets.
  • Conduct interviews and candidate assessments.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to initiatives that strengthen diversity, inclusion, and a more gender-balanced workforce.
  • Work together with internal and external partners in relocation and immigration.
  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.
  • Follow up on recruitment results and contribute to the development of methods and processes.
Who are you?

We are primarily looking for the right person, not the perfect CV.

  • You may be a recent university graduate, have a few years of work experience, or already work in recruitment, staffing, or consulting. Most importantly, you are driven, curious, and enjoy working with people.
  • You thrive on building relationships, taking initiative, and driving your work forward. At the same time, you have good structure and the ability to handle multiple activities in parallel.
  • We also believe you appreciate working in an international environment where change, growth, and development are a natural part of everyday life.
QualificationsRequirements
  • Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust easily.
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your own processes.
  • Good digital literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
Merits
  • University or college education in areas such as human resources, behavioral science, psychology, economics, or other relevant fields.
  • Experience in recruitment, staffing, or Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience from consulting, for example in technical, engineering, or business consulting.
  • Experience from customer-facing roles, project management, or other roles with significant autonomy.
  • Experience with sourcing, search, or candidate work.
  • Experience from international environments through work or studies.
  • Experience from industrial, technical, or manufacturing operations.
