Do you want to contribute to a stable and secure supply of leaders in Norrbotten County? We are now looking for an HR Partner for the specialist team Leadership, Culture and Learning.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who have a degree in behavioral sciences with a focus on pedagogy or sociology, or other education that the employer considers equivalent. You have experience working in HR and are accustomed to working with recruitment processes. Experience in conducting tests in connection with recruitment, or personality tests, is an advantage. Experience in coordinating education, recruiting managers, or personal experience of working as a manager is also an advantage for the position.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities as the role involves broad collaboration within our region. As a person, you are mature and self-reliant. You have problem-solving skills and value collaboration with others.

What you will work with

In the role of HR Partner in the team for Leadership, Culture and Learning, you will work in a team that coordinates efforts in leadership development and training for the region's managers. The team is also responsible for the region's manager recruitment, where you will be responsible for the process and implementation.

Information about the position

We offer a permanent full-time position. Working hours during the day, start date by agreement. The location is Luleå. Selection and interviews take place after the application period has ended.

Norrbotten County applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement.
