We are looking for an experienced property economist for a consulting assignment with a client in the real estate industry.

Here you will have a broad and operationally close role with responsibility for qualified economic work, analysis, and financial follow-up. You will become an important part of the business and work closely with both customers and colleagues.

As a property economist, you will among other things work with:

• Budgeting, forecasts, and final accounts
• Financial follow-up and analysis
• Investment calculations and liquidity planning
• Advisory services on economic matters
• Presentation of economic data and reports
• Development of routines and processes within the economic area
• Ongoing dialogue with customers and other stakeholders

About you

You have experience in similar tasks and are therefore self-reliant. You work in a structured manner, can be both operational and strategic, and have the ability to build trust and collaborate with others.

Other details

The assignment starts in August and is expected to last until the end of the year. The scope is 100%.

The work takes place primarily on-site in northern Sweden with the possibility of some remote work.

This is a consulting assignment. You can choose to be employed by us or invoice through your own company.
