Today, our finance department consists of a tight team of two people. As we grow, we plan to bring in-house more of the work currently handled by our external accounting firm – and that is exactly why we now need to strengthen the team with one more star!

As a Finance Specialist here, you will have a varied and business-close daily routine. You won't get stuck in monotonous routines – here you will take significant responsibility for our financial flows, have a say in decisions, and grow into the role.

Your main responsibilities:

• Continuous Accounting: Handling customer and supplier ledgers, continuous bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
• Closing & Reporting: Being involved and supportive in the work with monthly and annual financial statements.
• Analysis & Development: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and proactively helping to optimize our financial processes.
• Collaboration: Being a reliable and supportive financial sounding board for your colleagues in other departments.

Do you have post-secondary education in economics or previous experience in similar tasks? Great, that is a big plus!
