The Role of Healthcare Administrator

The role of healthcare administrator at the Women's Clinic includes healthcare administrative tasks, such as medical documentation in gynecology and obstetrics, diagnostic classification, and mail handling. Your interests can partly influence the content of your work.

We have a receptionist at the Women's Clinic, but reception duties are performed by others when the receptionist is absent.

We offer varied work with many areas of responsibility where your engagement is crucial. We strive for continuous improvement to meet our patients' needs, making development work a natural part of our daily routine.

Your Future Workplace

At the Women's Clinic, Ryhov County Hospital, a total of 210 employees work. We provide healthcare during pregnancy and childbirth, treat gynecological diseases, and manage abortion and contraceptive services.

The clinic has a county-wide responsibility for women with complicated pregnancies and those at particular risk of premature birth.

The administrative unit at the clinic consists of healthcare administrators in both outpatient and inpatient care, as well as two administrative coordinators. Our mission is to be responsible for and develop the administration within the patient-centered team based on our competence, making our work diverse.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are trained as a healthcare administrator. We prefer that you have good knowledge of the Office package and training in ICD coding.

As a person, you are structured and drive your own work forward. You adapt smoothly to changed circumstances and see opportunities in change.

To ensure you thrive with us, we look for someone with good collaboration skills. We also value that you prioritize providing good service to both patients and colleagues, and that you have the ability to plan and prioritize your work effectively and independently.
