Furulidskolan is a secondary school with approximately 260 students, providing the opportunity to see each student individually and work closely together in daily life. About the role of Mathematics Teacher
As a teacher at Furulidskolan, you will be part of a committed team actively working for good cohesion with a wonderful team spirit.
In your duties as a mathematics teacher for grades 7–9, you are responsible for conducting teaching, associated planning work, assessment and grading, as well as mentoring a class. As a mathematics teacher, you work actively, pedagogically, and with commitment to stimulate the school's students to develop their knowledge in the subject and to take responsibility for their own learning. As a teacher, you have the ability to adapt your teaching based on students' prior knowledge and needs in a creative and pedagogical manner.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have a teacher degree with a teaching license and the eligibility to teach mathematics for grades 7–9. You who are at the end of your education are also welcome to apply.
You have a good ability to plan, implement, and follow up on teaching based on steering documents. In the classroom, you are a secure and clear leader who creates structure, study peace, and good conditions for learning.
