About the Role As a Facility Manager, you are responsible for the operation, development, and coordination of business premises. The role entails overall responsibility for ensuring functional, safe, and pleasant environments for visitors, employees, and operations. You work closely with operational managers, contractors, and external suppliers, contributing to both daily operations and long-term development. Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of client premises
- Coordinate services, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements
- Plan and monitor maintenance and investment budgets
- Work on energy optimization and sustainability issues
- Coordinate local services and practical operational needs
- Participate in renovation and development projects
- Manage contracts, documentation, and follow-up
- Experience in facility management, property operations, or technical asset management
- Relevant education in property, technology, or FM
- Good administrative and organizational skills
- Experience in supplier management and budgeting
- Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Experience with culturally historic buildings or public sector operations is a plus. Personal Qualities We believe you are:
