Are you our next colleague? We are looking for 4 preschool assistants (barnskötare) for our fantastic preschools!

Do you want to help create a safe, fun, and developmental daily life for children? We are now looking for engaged preschool assistants for four temporary positions within our preschools. The positions are located at Munkkällan/Bolmörten Preschool, Lillkyrka Preschool, and Salnecke Preschool.

When you apply for the position, you apply for one of our four temporary positions and will be placed at the preschool where your competence and experience fit best.

We are looking for you who want to contribute to developing the preschool's operations so that every child gets the opportunity to be challenged and develop in their learning. With us, the child is always at the center. You see the child as a co-researcher in the world of pedagogy and have a professional approach to your assignment.

As a preschool assistant, you participate together with other staff in planning, implementing, evaluating, and developing the pedagogical work. You work to create a safe, educational, and inspiring environment where children get the opportunity to grow based on their own prerequisites. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues, guardians, and children, where good relationships and positive treatment are a natural part of everyday life.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are trained as a preschool assistant and have experience working in preschools. You express yourself well orally and in writing in Swedish and have good ability to communicate with both children, colleagues, and guardians. Just like us, you have a genuine passion for the profession!

Since some of our preschools are located in suburban areas, you need to have a B-driver's license and access to your own car to transport yourself to and from work without hindrance.

As a person, you are relationship-building and have an easy time creating safety and good collaborations around you. You are flexible and thrive in an operation where days can look different. We also see that you have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive work climate.

In this recruitment, we use selection questions instead of cover letters. We therefore ask you to attach your CV and answer the selection questions included in the application. The answers to the selection questions form the basis for our assessment and contribute to a fairer, more structured, and qualitative recruitment process.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer.
