Care Assistants Needed in Uppsala – Summer Position with Potential for Permanent Employment

We are currently looking for 4 care assistants for day, evening, and night shifts at KMK Omsorg. The positions are distributed among three different clients in the Uppsala area.
About the positions:
- Årsta: An elderly man who has suffered a stroke.
- Vaksala torg: A man with an acquired brain injury.
- Central Uppsala: A young man with an acquired brain injury.
The positions are initially hourly contracts during the summer, with the possibility of transitioning to permanent shifts.
Your responsibilities and requirements
The client in Årsta requires assistance with all activities of daily living (ADL) and mobility following a stroke. Previous experience in healthcare and elderly care is advantageous, as is the ability to handle catheters. You must be capable of administering medication and willing to undergo a delegation training course.
The client in Vaksala has an acquired brain injury and needs help with all ADL tasks. It is advantageous if you can handle wheelchairs, walkers, and administer medication.
The client in Central Uppsala has an acquired brain injury and needs help with all ADL tasks. It is advantageous if you can handle wheelchairs and ceiling lifts. You must be capable of administering medication and willing to undergo a delegation training course.
