ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a personal assistant for a man in his 40s who lives centrally in Uppsala and works during the day. We are looking for you who are a positive and secure person with that little extra – a breath of fresh air who enjoys providing support in everyday life.

About the position

• You accompany him to his workplace and provide support during the workday.
• You need to understand and respect a professional work environment and adhere to confidentiality and integrity.
• The work includes practical support and assistance with transfers, which involves heavy lifting.
• We would like you to be physically strong and have good stamina.
• Gender does not matter – the most important thing is your personality and that you get along.

We are looking for you who

• Are reliable, responsible, and flexible.
• Have a good manner, humor, and high integrity.
• Preferably have experience in care/elderly care or similar, but this is not a requirement.

It is very important that you are flexible, quick-thinking, and attuned to how you can best help the client based on their needs. You will occasionally be part of a work team and should therefore also have good teamwork skills.

For this position, you must:

- Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Working hours and degree of employment: Hourly employment with the possibility of a fixed schedule.

Salary: The hourly wage is fixed by agreement. Other compensations are made according to collective agreements.

Start date: Immediately
