Mo Gård is a foundation-owned, mission-driven, and specialized knowledge company with nearly 80 years of experience and deep competence in communication, combined disabilities, and challenging expressions. About the position

You will work nights at one of our LSS residences in Enköping, part of the Uppland region, where each unit has its own unique profile. The residences collaborate with each other, and you may also work at more than one residence. The operations at Mo Gård are characterized by open dialogue and collaboration with all necessary functions close at hand, and we provide close leadership and involvement in decision-making. Mo Gård offers interventions to individuals with combined disabilities with a focus on communication, which means that among us, we communicate using sign language or adapt our communication in other ways based on the individual's needs.

When you work with us, you will undergo several training courses to ensure effective communication. Naturally, our night teams have recurring work meetings and are included in the same training package as our day teams.

About you

• Completed upper secondary education, preferably within healthcare and social care, child and youth activities, or equivalent.
• Several years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or experience in psychiatric care.
• Experience with challenging behaviors and knowledge of low-affective working methods.
• Stable, solution-focused, and able to easily build new relationships.
• Computer literacy as documentation is an important task, as well as the ability to read and communicate in Swedish to provide the information underlying the work.

Employment

We offer a permanent position at 80-100 percent with a monthly salary according to agreement and based on individual salary setting. We apply a probationary period, and the start date is agreed upon.

A category B driver's license is required.

As part of our recruitment process, we use two work-psychological tests.

Your working hours will follow a pre-determined schedule, which also includes weekends.

To be considered for a position with us, an extract from the criminal record and suspicion registry is required.

Before employment, we will conduct a citizenship check. You will need to present a passport, national ID card, or personal certificate. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must also prove a valid work permit or that you are exempt from the obligation to have a work permit according to Chapter 6, Section 13a of the Aliens Ordinance.
