Bagarmossen School is a well-functioning and popular municipal F-9 school (grades 1-9) with approximately 850 students. The teaching teams are organized by grade level, and there are three parallel classes in the lower primary section. Our school is beautifully located in Bagarmossen next to the Nacka Reserve. The staff at our school are engaged and have high expectations of themselves, each other, and the students!

Your role

We are now looking for a new colleague for a parental leave substitute position!

You will work as a teacher for the after-school center (fritidshem) in the lower primary section. Together with your colleagues, you will plan and carry out activities in collaboration with the primary school and the after-school center, where the student's entire day is in focus.

Our goal is that all our students leave Bagarmossen School with good knowledge and great confidence in themselves and their own abilities. We value clear leadership where you can also set boundaries. We want you to take advantage of the students' playfulness and creativity. You have the students' best interests in focus, seeing their different needs while creating the best conditions for each individual student from a relational approach. Building good relationships with colleagues, students, and guardians is therefore seen as a natural part of the work. In return, we offer you stimulating work with great freedom under responsibility.

Your skills and experience

• We want you to have drive, curiosity, and joy in work. It is important that you are committed to preserving the unique aspects of after-school pedagogy but can also collaborate with class teachers during the timetabled part of the school day.
• We want you to be a certified teacher for the after-school center or an after-school pedagogue, preferably with prior experience in the profession.
• Personal suitability will be given great weight.
