Särnmark currently has over 3,500 employees, and our customers and staff are located throughout Sweden. Särnmark's headquarters are in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of the country.
We are now looking for personal assistants for a customer living on Lidingö
About the job as a personal assistant
As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You assist and support the person both in everyday life and during leisure time. Your workplace is where the customer is located, and your overall tasks involve enabling the customer to live the life they desire.
Responsibilities
Your tasks will include, among other things, help with mobility, personal hygiene, cooking, household chores, communication with the surroundings (both oral and written), daily activities, and support with communication.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is energetic, social, and engaged.
- Can take initiative and work independently.
- Values close dialogue and cooperation with the customer.
- Has very good Swedish skills in both speech and writing.
- Is patient.
It is an extra plus if you are interested in art and social issues.
About the employment
The employment is for a fixed term as long as the assistance assignment lasts, and the pay form is hourly wages. Working hours are scheduled as 24-hour shifts with standby time.
Salary and other terms of employment are according to the collective agreement for Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna – Kommunal.
