We are currently looking for two teachers for Korsberga School to teach in grades 4 and 6. The positions are permanent with holiday service.

Do you want to contribute to students' learning, development, and sense of security? As a teacher with us, you plan and conduct teaching in most subjects in your class. Both positions include mentorship and close dialogue with students and guardians. You document and follow up on students' development and work together with colleagues to create a safe and stimulating learning environment.

At Korsberga School, you will meet approximately 140 students in grades F–6. Here, we work closely together and value collaboration, clear communication, and a shared responsibility for the students' development. We encourage students to take responsibility for their studies and their work environment, while emphasizing the importance of respect, care, and good treatment.

The entire school works on developing students' reading skills, strengthening motivation for reading, and increasing their reading comprehension. This permeates the teaching and is an important part of our joint development work.

Here, you become part of a work team where you share experiences, support each other, and develop teaching together. You work on adapting teaching to students' different needs and prerequisites, and contribute to creating engagement and participation in the classroom.

We are looking for someone who is confident in their role as a teacher and has clear and inclusive leadership skills. You are good at building relationships, are receptive in meetings with students, and thrive in close collaboration with colleagues. You see possibilities in your assignment and work actively to ensure that every student develops as much as possible.

Qualifications

• You are a trained teacher with eligibility to teach in grades 4-6.
• Previous teaching experience is meritorious.
• Extract from the criminal record (Swedish: belastningsregister).
• We place great importance on personal qualities.
