About the Position

ELFA Assistans is looking for dedicated and responsible personal assistants for one of our clients – an 8-year-old girl with a significant need for support and help. The work involves, among other things, support with personal hygiene, training, meals, and dressing/undressing.

Who Are You?

We are looking for you who:

• Are sensitive, also to non-verbal communication, and have the ability to create security and well-being.
• Understand the importance of interaction and can engage with the girl through song, play, and fun.
• Are responsible and have a genuine commitment to helping others.
• Have experience from healthcare and social care, as the work involves certain medical interventions.
• Are in good physical shape, as the work can sometimes be physically demanding and includes floor work, for example during training activities.

Working Hours and Employment Type

Working hours are primarily scheduled between 14:00 – 20:00 on weekdays and 09:00 – 17:00 on weekends. Flexibility regarding working hours in case of colleague sickness or leave is desirable.

We are currently seeking hourly substitutes, with the possibility of a permanent position and fixed schedule if the collaboration works well.

References will be requested. Since the client is a minor, you must provide an extract from your criminal record if you are considered for the position. It is important that you order the extract that applies to work with children with disabilities. You can order the extract via the Police website.
