We have small classes and a high staff-to-student ratio.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who have education and previous experience working as a student assistant with students in need of special support. You are a stable and secure person with a good ability to build trust. You can work independently, are clear, proactive, receptive, and can adapt to the student's needs. You work calmly and systematically with low-affective interaction and have a positive attitude.

We are looking for you with a completed upper secondary education with a diploma, such as a student assistant education. We place great emphasis on personal suitability for the work.

About the Role

As a student assistant, you work in the school and help an individual student or several students who need support in the classroom or individually. You provide support and stimulation based on the student's specific conditions and promote development and independence. This may involve supporting students with reading and writing difficulties, concentration problems, or psychosocial difficulties. The tasks vary, providing a varied and challenging job, while the work demands both competence and personal qualities from you.
