With a background in the industry, you have developed solid competence and are now ready to take the next step in your career. As part of our team, you will contribute to the newly launched Industrial Technology program, which we have developed in close collaboration with our corporate partners within Teknikcollege.

You see the value in industry-near collaboration where the education at Tullängsgymnasiet is combined with work-based practice at our partner companies. Here you will have the chance to inspire and guide the next generation of industrial professionals. In your teaching, you will combine theoretical knowledge with practical modules within the industrial technology field.

Examples of tasks:

• Plan, conduct, and evaluate teaching within industrial technology areas.
• Teaching in computer-controlled production, operational reliability, industrial production, industrial metrology, materials technology, and manufacturing documentation.
• Engage in close collaboration with our corporate partners.
• Mentorship work.
• Work and document in current business systems.

In addition to the Industrial Technology program, we offer the vocational programs: Construction and Civil Engineering, Electrical and Energy, Vehicle and Transport, HVAC and Real Estate, as well as the university-preparatory Technology program. Tullängsgymnasiet is part of the Upper Secondary School and Labour Market Administration, where 1,400 employees work in various roles to provide young people and adults in Örebro with the same conditions for education and self-sufficiency. Qualifications

As a teacher with us, it is important that you are secure, stable, and can relate to situations in an adapted manner. You have the ability to adapt teaching based on the group and individual students, and you understand that all students have different prerequisites. We see that you find it easy to collaborate with students, guardians, and colleagues, and contribute to a secure school environment. As a teacher, you are independent in your work, take responsibility for your tasks, and are proactive.

You adapt easily to changed circumstances and see opportunities in change. Furthermore, you master the Swedish language sufficiently to communicate with students and other staff, and to document in writing what the operations require.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Requirements:

• Teacher certification for teaching in industrially relevant subjects or equivalent eligibility to teach at the upper secondary level and/or adult education, or qualified professional experience in relevant areas.

Merits:
