About the position

In addition to teaching Spanish, you will be a mentor for a class together with a colleague, where you jointly take overall responsibility for the students' school situation.

As part of our work team, you will actively participate in conferences and in joint development work. In the subject group, you will collaborate closely with colleagues within the same subject, where you support each other, share experiences, and develop teaching together.

Examples of tasks:

• plan, implement, and evaluate teaching in grades 7-9
• use methods and approaches that support students' learning and increase goal fulfillment
• support students' social development based on their specific support needs
• documentation
• conduct dialogue with guardians
• collaborate closely with mentor colleague, work team, and subject group
• contribute to the school's joint work together with other staff

Qualifications

As a teacher, it is important that you have good collaboration skills, where you listen, communicate, and contribute to a calm and safe school environment. You also need to have knowledge of child development and learning, as well as the ability to adapt teaching based on both the group's and individual students' needs and conditions.

We are looking for you who enjoy working in teams around the students. As a person, you are engaged, stable, calm, and secure. You easily make contacts, are positive, and enjoy taking initiative. You want to develop your teaching and contribute to the continued development of the operations.

• teaching license with qualification to teach Spanish for grades 7-9, or alternatively a qualifying degree that entitles to a teaching license
