We are now looking for an Admin/Student Assistant

Job Description:

The school's profile focuses on culture, design, and artistic creation. In our courses, we believe that knowledge and studies mean development through theory, practice, and multicultural encounters where you have the opportunity for creative expression. The goal is to develop and strengthen the individual's inherent possibilities and abilities together with others.

Responsibilities:

You will work primarily with our participants who have specific needs. You will offer support during school hours, during breaks, and as needed. You will serve as a support on the dormitory, in course rooms, and work with various student activities such as theme days and outdoor days. You will also handle some documentation and administration.

You must be able to work independently and be an active part of our work team as well as the school's other operations.

Qualifications:

Pedagogical education such as a youth leader education or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent. Experience in adult education is meritorious. We see that you are flexible, responsible, and have a good ability to collaborate.

Duration: Fixed-term

Start Date: 2026-08-10

Working Hours/Duration: 60 %, until 2026-12-31. Possibility of extension exists.

Salary: Fixed salary according to agreement
