Memento Service AB is the service company for the Swedish Association of Funeral and Legal Agencies (SBJF), a membership organization founded in 1922 that brings together approximately 400 authorized funeral and legal agencies in Sweden.

We work to create safety, quality, and professionalism in the industry. Through education, support, and development, we contribute to our members being able to conduct their business with high competence and good ethics.

As Education Manager, you have overall responsibility for developing, ensuring quality, and implementing the association's educational activities. The role is both strategic and operational, involving driving education issues from idea to implementation, with a clear business focus.

You work closely with our member companies and ensure that the educational offering is relevant, in demand, and contributes to increased competence in the industry.

• Responsible for planning, development, and quality assurance of the educational offering
• Identify needs and develop new educational initiatives
• Market and sell courses as well as advertisements to the industry magazine Memento
• Build and develop long-term relationships with member companies
• Plan, coordinate, and lead courses in both digital and physical formats
• Coordinate and quality-assure internal and external course leaders
• Follow up, analyze, and report results, as well as handle related administration

• Has relevant academic education, for example in pedagogy, HR, or behavioral science
• Has several years of experience in education, competence development, or similar
• Has experience in independently planning, implementing, and developing educational initiatives
• Has experience in project management and relationship-building work
• Has good administrative skills
• Has very good communicative skills in Swedish, both oral and written

You are proactive, creative, and have a strong focus on quality and results.
