We are now looking for a recreation pedagogue for Marieborgsskolan.

Your responsibilities

You will work within the operations and be responsible for planning the pedagogical work at the after-school center. As a recreation pedagogue, you meet children during their free time and support their development and learning, which is also linked to learning in school. Learning throughout the children's entire day. The role includes planning, follow-up, and documentation of the work. An important task is to create inspiring and challenging learning environments for each individual student during their stay at the after-school center.

Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the content and work to promote each child's development and learning. Part of your responsibility is to build good relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Your qualifications

We are looking for you who are a teacher in after-school programs or have a degree in recreation pedagogy. We would prefer that you have qualifications in sports.

To succeed and thrive with us, you need to have good collaboration skills, be receptive, and easily understand other people's perspectives. You need to be self-assured, stable, and have good self-insight.

It is also important that you are flexible and can easily adapt to changed circumstances in the operations. You have a good understanding of how children acquire knowledge and about different prerequisites for learning. You easily take initiative and start activities in the operations.
