We are now looking for a recreation pedagogue for Marieborgsskolan.

Your Responsibilities

You will work in the operations and be responsible for planning the pedagogical work at the after-school center. As a recreation pedagogue, you meet children during their free time and support their development and learning, which is also linked to learning in school. A learning process throughout the children's entire day. The role includes planning, follow-up, and documentation of the work. An important task is to create inspiring and challenging learning environments for each individual student during their stay at the after-school center.

Together with other colleagues, you are responsible for the content and the work to promote every child's development and learning. Your responsibility includes building good relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a teacher in after-school care or have a degree in recreation pedagogy. We would prefer that you have qualifications in sports.

To succeed and thrive with us, you need to have good collaboration skills, be responsive, and easily put yourself in other people's perspectives. You need to be confident in yourself, stable, and have good self-awareness.

It is also important that you are flexible and can easily adapt to changed circumstances in the operations. You have a good understanding of how children acquire knowledge and about different prerequisites for learning. You easily take initiative and start activities in the operations.
