The role of Preschool Teacher with us

In this role, you help build a culture where we share responsibility, inspire each other, collaborate, and support one another. Together with your colleagues, you plan, implement, analyze, and evaluate the operations based on the preschool's governing documents.

You contribute to creating safe and stimulating learning environments and develop the pedagogical work so that care, development, and learning form a whole. In your interactions with the children, you are present, curious, and active in their play and learning, giving every child the opportunity to develop based on their own prerequisites. At the preschool, we help each other, which requires you to be flexible and able to adapt to different situations.

Your profile

You always put the children's needs first. You are a good role model, inspire and motivate others, and show care for them. You are a skilled leader who engages children in play and learning. You enjoy working together with others. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work.

We are looking for someone who:

• is a certified preschool teacher.

It is an advantage if you have:

• experience working as a preschool teacher.

Pölagården Preschool consists of two buildings, a younger house and an older house, with associated courtyards. We work in pairs that rotate so that the group and the educator move with the oldest children when they transition to the older house at the start of the school year, while educators from the older house move to the younger house.

Our offer and other information

We offer a permanent full-time position starting in August, according to agreement.
