ABOUT THE POSITION

We are currently looking for you who want to work on an hourly basis as a personal assistant for a woman in her 30s.

Our client is a cheerful and social young woman who needs help and support with her daily care. As an assistant, you will assist with meals, personal hygiene, mobility, exercise, shopping, cleaning, and other related tasks.

Her interests include gaming, dancing, music, walks, coffee breaks, and shopping.

You are someone with a strong interest in working with people and who is willing to share the client's interests. You should have a positive outlook on life and be able to contribute to a stimulating, enriching, and pleasant environment. You are stress-resistant, confident, and self-assured. The client prefers female applicants for this position.

Working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, and night.

Working in the client's home requires you to be meticulous, responsible, proactive, and active.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

SALARY: We offer individual salary setting. Other benefits are in accordance with the collective agreement.

To be employed by us at Kura Omsorg, you must have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the role. A prerequisite for starting employment is that you can present a valid ID and/or submit a certificate of personal details (personbevis) as well as any documents proving your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal details from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. Since the position may involve solo work, night shifts, and tasks that, according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3), cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you must provide an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning the background check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
