This autumn, we are investing in a two-teacher model for mathematics and are looking for someone with experience in this approach or who wants to try this new and exciting way of working. You must have strong collaboration skills and be adaptable when working with colleagues. The Role of Teacher with Us

As a teacher in Mathematics and Natural Sciences (NO), you help create an inspiring and secure learning environment where students have the opportunity to explore, develop, and reach their full potential. Together with your colleagues, you work collaboratively to create the best possible conditions for learning and knowledge development.

In this role, you contribute to a culture of sharing where you collectively take responsibility, inspire, collaborate, and support each other in daily work. At Frillesåsskolan, we value collegial learning and have been working for several years with ÄDK – Subject Didactic Collegium. ÄDK is a collaborative and systematic method where teachers meet to plan, evaluate, and develop teaching together.

Your Profile

It is natural for you to always have our students' best interests at heart. You are a role model for others, inspiring and motivating, and you approach your work and relationships with colleagues with personal care and consideration. In this way, we create a strong culture that enables you to become your best self and helps others do the same. You must express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Personal suitability is highly valued.

We are looking for someone who:

• is a certified teacher with qualifications in Mathematics and Natural Sciences (NO) for grades 7–9.

We offer a permanent position, part-time/full-time (60–100%), to be appointed as agreed.
