About the position

Tallåsskolan is a preschool to grade 3 school with just over 30 students. Tallåsskolan and the after-school center Kotten are located in the same building, which facilitates cooperation with the school. The position is 100%. The student needs support at school and at the after-school center.

Responsibilities

In your role as a student assistant, your task is to be available as an extra resource for one or more students in the school/class. You should be of help so that the student can find peace in their studies. It is also your task as a student assistant to help find individual solutions so that the student can acquire knowledge and to be a social support.

Qualifications

• Student assistant education or other equivalent education.

The final candidate for the position must possess valid Swedish citizenship/work permit and a certificate from the criminal record registry before the position is filled.

Personal qualities

As a student assistant/support person, you need to be flexible, empathetic, calm, and clear, as well as have the ability to create good relationships with students and their guardians. You also need to have good cooperation skills with other staff and be able to handle outgoing students in a low-affective way.
