We are currently looking for a qualified preschool teacher for a temporary position of approximately 1 year. We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in children's development and learning and who want to become part of our small, close-knit team.

About Skalmans Preschool

Skalmans Preschool is a parent cooperative in Särö, Kungsbacka Municipality. We have an age-mixed group of children with approximately 20 children and four educators. Here, there is time and opportunity to meet each child in their play, exploration, and learning. We value security, joy, and close relationships, and we work together to create an education focused on the best interests of the children.

About the Position

The position is a temporary assignment of approximately 1 year, with an immediate start and running until June 2027.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a qualified preschool teacher
• Are proactive, flexible, and have good collaboration skills
• Are present and co-researching in the children's processes and learning
• Have a strong commitment to developing education in the preschool
• Want to contribute to a positive and developmental work environment

Responsibilities

As a preschool teacher with us, you are responsible for working according to the preschool curriculum. The assignment includes among other things:

• Plan, implement, and develop education
• Follow up, document, and analyze education and children's learning processes
• Conduct systematic quality work
• Create a safe, fun, and educational environment for the children
• Collaborate with colleagues and guardians
