We are looking for a person who thrives in handling most of the company's administrative tasks.

The main duties involve working in Fortnox to send quotes and invoices, as well as handling all email correspondence. Bookkeeping and payroll are currently managed by a financial controller, but some handling of supplier invoices may be included.

Additionally, you will handle and follow up on all administrative matters related to the ongoing projects for our clients. This includes all documentation we, as a subcontractor, are required to report, such as work plans, product and safety data sheets for the materials we use, and self-inspections after completed work, etc.

We are looking for someone who is independent and takes initiative, although part of the role also involves working under the guidance of the employer.

The position is a permanent part-time role (50%), with the possibility of increased hours in the future.
