Inova Assistans provides personal assistance supported by highly competent staff dedicated to promoting each individual's right to self-determination.

Our ambition is to create contexts and activities that promote social participation and increase understanding between people with different life circumstances.

We are currently looking for personal assistants for an elderly man with an acquired brain injury who lives in his own apartment in Uppsala.

At present, we are seeking substitute staff for shifts when regular employees are absent. This may involve absences during both short and long periods.

Experience in personal assistance is advantageous but not a requirement – the most important thing is that you are engaged and willing to learn.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, creative, positive, cooperative, and capable of seeing solutions and opportunities. You must be able to work independently and take significant responsibility, as the role involves working one-on-one with the individual to some extent.

Before starting, we offer introductory shifts so you can see if the role suits you and if the personal chemistry feels right for both parties.

A requirement is that you have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
