About the Role

As a personal assistant at Inova Assistans AB, you will play a crucial role in supporting and helping our users in their daily lives. Your tasks may vary from assisting with hygiene routines, medication, and cooking to being a social and reassuring presence. You will work independently as well as part of our team, and it is important that you can adapt to different situations.

We are looking for someone who

• Is empathetic, patient, and responsive.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Is physically capable and can handle lifting and other physically demanding tasks.
• Can work independently and make own decisions.
• Has a driver's license (advantageous but not required).

Advantageous Qualifications

• Previous experience as a personal assistant or within healthcare and social care.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and efficiency.
• Experience working with people with various functional variations.
