Habo Municipality is located in southern Vätterbygden, one of the country's leading growth regions. In Habo, you will find everything from a vibrant city center to proximity to forests, nature, and lovely swimming spots in Sweden's second-largest lake.

Hagabodaskolan is the municipality's only secondary school and is centrally located. The school has just over 600 students. In Habo Municipality, all students have their own computers (grades 7–9), and we use both digital and physical teaching materials in our instruction. The school was fully renovated a few years ago and is a modernized learning environment. We maintain high quality in teaching and interaction. The well-being among students and staff is high, and we have a very large proportion of qualified personnel.

Job Responsibilities

You will teach English in grades 7–9. The position includes mentorship for a class and standard work in working groups and subject committees. The position is a permanent full-time (100%) role.

Qualifications

You must have a teaching license to teach English in grades 7–9. We are looking for a person with a strong commitment to students and their knowledge development. We prefer that you are a flexible, responsible, creative, and outgoing person who values collaboration with students and colleagues.
