Leadership Support and Strategy, Healthcare supports the management and core operations from various strategic perspectives. The unit consists of an overarching Leadership Support for Healthcare and six departments. The Department for Knowledge Management works to ensure that all operations within the region have access to current, quality-assured, and relevant knowledge. We support the implementation of national and regional knowledge bases and contribute to an equitable, evidence-based, and efficient healthcare system.

As a Development Manager within Knowledge Support, you play a central role in the region's knowledge management efforts. The assignment involves translating national knowledge bases into practice by supporting management and core operations in improvement and follow-up work, ensuring that quality data is available and usable.

Your responsibilities:

• Drive and coordinate development and improvement work within the knowledge management structure.
• Support the implementation of national and regional knowledge materials and working methods.
• Conduct mapping and analyses, and formulate reports and action plans.
• Lead groups, meetings, and workshops.
• Develop and coordinate the use of quality registers to support the systematic improvement work of operations, and produce and make quality data available as a basis for management follow-up, analysis, and prioritization.
• Collaborate within the knowledge management system and relevant networks inside and outside the region.

Requirements:

• University education as qualified healthcare personnel, e.g., nurse or physiotherapist, or equivalent education assessed by the employer.
• Experience from somatic healthcare.
• Experience in project or process management.
• Good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing.
• Good familiarity with the Office package and Teams.
• Experience in leading groups.
• Knowledge of the knowledge management system and the organization of healthcare.

Merits:

• Master's degree in healthcare.
• Experience working with implementation at a central/overarching level.
• Experience in designing and conducting gap analyses at a central/overarching level, as well as creating action/implementation plans based on the results of the gap analysis.
• Experience with quality register work.
• Experience with document and case management systems.
