Do you have a primary teacher education or a qualification that would be an asset in the school's relational safety work? If you can imagine working in a small operation in the countryside, you are warmly welcome to apply for the position with us.

In addition to working in the school's leisure center, you will spend part of the day working with students in grades F-3. Since the position is a combination of leisure center and school, you will be a vital cog in the students' and children's entire school day. You will collaborate closely with colleagues both in the leisure center and at school. We constantly work to create a work environment that promotes collaboration and collegial learning.

You will

• work purposefully so that our students leave school with good knowledge, self-confidence, and hope for the future
• be responsible for creating a positive and creative learning environment so that the student feels curiosity and a desire to learn
• together with the work team in collegial learning, create opportunities for all students to succeed
• create inspiration and motivation among both students and colleagues
• ensure community and a well-functioning student health service that is present directly at the school
• have the opportunity to lead development opportunities in various projects
• experience well-functioning collaboration at all levels
• keep up-to-date with current research in school development
• individualize and vary teaching based on students' needs
• document, follow up, and evaluate

You must

• have a teaching license to teach in the leisure center, or alternatively, be in your final term of teacher education and will obtain your teaching license this year
• be well acquainted with the school's steering documents
• be able to individualize and vary teaching based on students' needs
• have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing
• have good IT skills

A valid extract from the National Police Board's criminal record must be presented prior to employment.
