The primary care in Region Jämtland Härjedalen is organizationally part of the Division Close Care, along with the Ambulance Service, Public Dental Service, Psychiatry, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Primary care is organized into 4 close care areas, and since January 2022, primary care and ambulance services have been integrated under "Good and Close Care." Each close care area is an economic unit led by a business manager. Primary care is also responsible for the region's healthcare advice service, youth clinic, and the close care ward Näva, all of which are grant-funded.

Job Description
Working as a medical secretary at Svenstavik Health Centre involves medical record writing, handling referrals, some reception duties, cash handling, telephone service, and other administrative tasks for the operation. Your role is varied, and you will become the hub of the network. We work in the Cosmic system.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have education as a medical secretary, doctor's secretary, or healthcare administrator.
You are service-oriented and flexible, have a good manner of dealing with people, and see patient contacts as an enriching part of your work. We expect you to contribute your expertise together with your colleagues. You thrive in your professional role, are engaged, and contribute to a good work climate through your initiative and sense of responsibility. Experience in similar tasks is meritorious.
