Solhemsskolan is located in Spånga, approximately a five-minute walk from Spånga Centrum. You can easily reach us by commuter train from, among other places, T-Centralen. Spånga C has many selectable bus lines to our immediate area.
Solhemsskolan is a four-track primary school (grades F-6) with approximately 745 students and 100 employees. Solhemsskolan consists of two school units: Solhemsskolan and Solhemsängens skola. The school leadership consists of the principal, three deputy principals, and an administrative manager.

Your role
Your role includes taking responsibility for a student with diabetes in grade 4 (monitoring blood sugar levels and taking corrective actions).
- Calculate nutritional intake and document according to the student's self-care plan.
- Share and distribute your knowledge to the work team in case of absence.
- Be an active part of a work team and perform pedagogical tasks for individual students or groups of students.
Your competence and experience
We want you who apply for the position to have education as a student assistant with experience of diabetes.
It is highly meritorious if you have experience working with students in grades 4–6.
We want you to be a communicative person, stable, easy to collaborate with others, and to have the ability to handle unforeseen events or changed conditions in your work with calmness and flexibility.
