About the position

Personal assistance is a service provided under the LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Certain Functionally Disabled People). As a personal assistant, your main task will be to help the customer with everyday occurrences as well as basic needs. Your work involves protecting the customer's self-determination and integrity, and contributing to a smooth daily routine. Each assistance assignment is uniquely adapted to the customer's life, so tasks may vary depending on the workplace.

The customer's individual needs dictate the workday. Tasks may include help with mobility, personal care, training and communication, as well as household chores and activities both inside and outside the home.

Who are you?

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is sensitive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is crucial that there is good personal chemistry between you and the customer.

Requirements for the position:

  • Good knowledge of Kurdish (Sorani)

  • Good knowledge of Swedish

  • Valid B-driver's license

Merits for the position:

  • Experience in personal assistance or other healthcare roles

Personal suitability will be given great weight.

Working hours, employment percentage, and salary

The current form of employment is "hourly employment," which means working on an as-needed basis with varying hours during the day and evening.

Fixed hourly wage by agreement, and other benefits are paid according to the collective agreement.

Start date: Immediately or by agreement.
