Our client is a young adult man with autism who needs support and guidance in his daily life.

He has difficulties with verbal communication and social interaction. He is physically active and enjoys swimming, walking, and cycling, as well as indoor movement. There are also times when he prefers to sit still for extended periods. Therefore, it is important that you do not get restless easily.

In this role, it is crucial that you are attentive and can switch between different paces. A significant part of your work involves providing close supervision, as the client is highly impulsive and struggles to understand consequences and risks.

The job involves accompanying the client in his daily life and assisting him with tasks he cannot manage on his own. You will also act as a supportive companion, giving him the opportunity to develop in areas where he faces challenges.

Our work with the client is inspired by the Son-Rise method. This pedagogical approach is based on low-arousal interaction, acceptance, and following the person's interests. By engaging in his interests, we create challenges that foster his development.

The client has 24/7 assistance. He attends day activities on certain days, and on his days off, he has assistance throughout the day. Shifts can be scheduled during the day, in the afternoon/evening, or on weekends. Double assistance is provided for certain activities.
