Nyhemsskolan is a non-profit independent school based on Christian values where we cherish Christian principles. The school was established in 2000 in Varberg. In 2006, Förskolan Äpplet (The Apple Preschool) was also launched as part of the operations. We always keep the students at the center of our work and strive for small teaching groups. Nyhemsskolan is a growing enterprise, unique in its profile and professional through its knowledgeable staff. The school prioritizes safety for children and students, which is a prerequisite for lifelong learning. The school also prioritizes a reasonable workload for its staff, which is a prerequisite for a sustainable workplace. Qualifications:

We are primarily looking for you with teacher certification, pedagogical education, and experience. We are mainly seeking staff with qualifications as a teacher for grades 1-6.

Job Description

We are looking for you who have a positive and professional attitude, are flexible, have clear leadership in the classroom, and show great engagement as well as high expectations in your work. You must have the ability to engage, see, and challenge all students. You should further be a pedagogically cohesive force in the classroom that achieves good study results through inclusion and individualization. For you, the work regarding assessment for learning is central; you strive for all students to achieve further than they thought possible. The tasks for the teachers at Nyhemsskolan are based on national guidelines, from curricula and course plans, and from the Education Act.
