Your responsibilities

We are looking for a Spanish teacher for students in grades 6–9 at Trönningeskolan and Eldsbergaskolan. You will work based on national guidelines and the teacher's mission within primary school, possessing an inclusive view of students and the ability to adapt your teaching to meet the needs of different students.

The position offers challenging and stimulating work where you will have the opportunity to develop professionally. You have clear and warm leadership in the classroom, enabling you to meet students' diverse needs and make adjustments in teaching. You are part of a learning community that challenges the obvious by daring to try new paths. You are drawn to our approach to school development, which is based on an exploratory mindset requiring courage and trust in the process. You have the ability and desire to influence our school culture through curious questions, your agency, seeing problems as a starting point for change, and the excitement of daring to try to learn more.

In addition to teaching, the job involves planning, implementing, evaluating, and developing teaching together with your colleagues in the work team to meet regulatory documents and our local development areas. You use pedagogical documentation and formative teaching to systematically change and refine the teaching. Whether you are newly qualified or experienced, you are equally welcome to apply! The position may include shared mentorship.

Your qualifications

A teaching degree with qualifications in Spanish is preferred, but unqualified candidates with good pedagogical skills and knowledge of Spanish are also very welcome to apply.

If offered employment within the Child and Youth Administration, you are required to present a certificate of no criminal record from the Police for work in schools/preschools. The certificate is free of charge and takes approximately 2–3 weeks for the police to process. Therefore, please order it in good time!
