THE WORKPLACE
Together for a good life
Do you want to create the conditions for "A Good Life" together with us in our newly established group home in Örby Centrum? Are you looking for a workplace where the core values are actually visible in everyday life? We are now looking for two dedicated support assistants who want to become part of our wonderful team!
At our newly built group home for adults in Örby Centrum, we actively work to create security and development for our residents. We believe in seeing the person, taking personal responsibility, and – above all – that we grow best together and encourage joy and laughter in everyday life. We are now looking for you who want to contribute your expertise and warm approach to continue developing our operations.
About the operations
Gemensamma Krafter is a smaller, quality-focused care company with a clear specialization: running group homes for adults according to LSS (Support and Service Act for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). With six established group homes in the Stockholm area and Gävle – and a seventh under construction in Norrtälje – Gemensamma Krafter values combining high quality with genuine commitment to people. Every employee, every operation, and every home is part of the whole – and together they create the forces that make a difference in people's everyday lives.
