We currently have a high demand for personal assistants with knowledge of autism and the NPF (Neurodevelopmental Functioning Impairment) spectrum. We prefer that you have experience working in these areas or personal experience.

As a person, it is important that you are secure and calm in yourself to best meet the needs of our clients, as well as having knowledge and understanding of low-affective handling (calm and non-reactive interaction).

It is desirable that you are pedagogical, have a sense of structure, can provide guidance when needed, and have a positive and cheerful attitude.
